PS WebSolution's follows a new approach to customer service in the consulting industry. While the majority of consulting is based on time-and-materials, we are known for providing the majority of our work on a fixed-price basis. PS WebSolution has been measured by the strength of our ideas and our ability to make them real. We have always understood that translating our technical strengths into business value requires more than "dedication" or "expertise." It requires a dynamic, adaptive culture and individuals who thrive on understanding and creating meaningful solutions for our customers.

Tyger Vollrath
Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Tyger Vollrath founded PS WebSolution in late 2000 because of a lack of true customer service in the consulting industry and the need for a vendor to focus strictly on PeopleSoft self-service or eApplications. Tyger has more than 15 years of experience in the HR and Technology industry, including senior positions at PeopleSoft, Inc. and Acuent, Inc. He has worked with leading companies around the world to help them succeed in their PeopleSoft implementations and has brought that knowledge and the "Above & Beyond" work ethic to PS WebSolution. Tyger is a frequent speaker and contributor to industry publications, events and conferences.

Mr. Vollrath holds a B.S. in Engineering/Physics from the University of Georgia and B.S. in Computer & Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also certified in both PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft Technology.

     
 

Scott Vollrath
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Vollrath has more than 8 years of extensive business experience in research and consulting. He previously has directed the research programs in the Energy, Environment, Economics, and Business units
for a non-profit futures think tank. He has also spent several years as a strategy consultant in Silicon Valley assisting executives from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations with their various strategy initiatives.

Mr. Vollrath holds a B.S. and a M. Eng. degree from MIT in Engineering and a second B.S. in Economics. He has also studied at the London School of Economics.

     
  Oscar Amezcua
Consulting Manager & Sr. Systems Engineer

Oscar Amezcua has over 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft applications and 10 years of IT integration experience. Mr. Amezcua went to work for PeopleSoft directly after receiving his degree from UCLA. At PeopleSoft, Oscar was a critical component in developing multiple PeopleSoft applications. He then joined PeopleSoft’s Professional Services Group where he excelled at delivering outstanding customer service and technical expertise. Mr. Amezcua then joined Acuent, Inc. working with the Immerging Web Technologies division before joining PS WebSolution in 2003. He has brought years of PeopleSoft consulting expertise to help numerous projects as a technical team lead, technical developer and functional analyst.

Mr. Amezcua holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the University of California Los Angeles. He is also a certified technical Peoplesoft consultant and a certified webMethods Developer.
